The house is on three levels & has a total area of approximately 95Sq.M. and is built behind our bungalows less than a 1 minute walk from the beach.

On the ground floor is a fully equipped European style kitchen with, oven, 4 burner gas hob, double sink, water boiler, microwave,  fridge / freezer, toaster & automatic washing machine. There is also a store room accessed from the kitchen.

On the second level is a dining room with dining table & chairs and a double bedroom. The bedroom has air conditioning, kingsize bed, wardrobe, dressing table & ensuite bathroom with hotwater shower.

The third level has a second ensuite, double air conditioned bedroom, furnished as described above, and sitting room with double doors opening to a balcony.

In the sitting room are a settee, arm chairs, coffee table and TV with Samui cable TV service, stereo, DVD player and VHS player. There is also a table & chairs on the balcony.
