The house is single storey & has a total area of approximately 85 Sq.M. and is built behind our bungalows less than a 1 minute walk from the beach.

It consists of two air conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, a main sitting/dining/cooking room & a small balcony.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe, dressing table & ensuite bathroom with hot water shower.

The second bedroom has single bed with a pull out bed underneath, wardrobe & dressing table.

The main sitting room has sofa & arm chair, TV with Samui cable service, dining table & chairs and a kitchenette area with double sink & drainer, single burner gas hob, water boiler, large fridge, & basic crockery & cooking utensils.

There is also a second bathroom with hot water shower, which is accessed through the main room.
